From the 01.12.2014 on the city of Cologne tries again to charge the "Kulturförderabgabe" (a city tax).
All persons on a private trip has to pay this tax.
If someone is on a business trip the tax will not be charged.

A free cancellation is possible until four days before the arrival date, after this we charge 50% of the rate for the package as cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation on the day of the arrival we charge 75% of the rate for the package as cancellation fee, and if there is no cancellation we charge the full amount for the package.
